Receptionist Dina Salem deserve 10 out of 10 easy cool and appropriate. Aziz duty manager deserve 12 out of 10 I appreciate him and I should have rated him from previous stay. He appreciates customers and does what it has to be done. He smart and reflective to customer experience. Gloria she's kind and takes feedback seriously listens and responds . Not like other hotels Marina fast smart and easy. Need to mention Dina explained benefits of membership and she's very welcoming and salute with direct warmth. Hamdy and Mohamed at restaurant much better than the rest they come ask if we need anything they bring water Hamdy bring order also some picks from, buffed nicely without asking Dena smiles with heartwarming greetings clearly pure and direct nice person.she should have authority to extend the stay hours pre to check out to customer preferences. The staff! From the ladies at customer care, to the boys at breakfast restaurant, pool staff and plus staff during day from Burger bar, were exceptional. I felt so well looked after, they really went beyond to make sure I was truly happy and satisfied with all services. Every single member of staff should be very praised by their management. Brutally honest, I been living in Hurghada for last 2 years and a half and never got treated not there, not anywhere as well as I was treated at La Meridien. The whole team there should travel all around Egypt and teach everyone else what is excellent customer service. All staff deserve a salary raise and I can say that very comfortably, after experienced many places around Egypt. Super 5 stars and for sure, you will see me again at your hotel. What an experience in Egypt, wow!

The room was very quiet and nice. The hotel has everywhere diffusers so it smells very good in the hallways. The staff were super nice. Especially Mr. Rezk who explained everything during our stay and Chef Hamy handi who cooked a nice asian meal for us. We can recommend this hotel 100%

I had shattered my ankle the day previous and I was flying to Istanbul the next morning. Actually I was supposed to fly the evening I shattered my ankle. The knew I was coming and brought a wheelchair. The next morning the gave me a wake up call, brought a wheel chair, and a luggage rack to get me to Turkish Airlines. They then turned me over to them and made sure I was okay. They were great!

A fabulous hotel conveniently located right next to Cairo International Airport. I spent one night here as a solo woman and was made to feel very comfortable. My room was large and spacious, super-clean and beautifully designed. I had some time to kill before my flight back home so I spent a few hours in the hotel’s pool area, enjoying some of Egypt’s warm Springtime sunshine. The pool sparkles in the sunshine and is so nice to go into as it is temperature controlled to body heat, slightly warm yet refreshing at the same time. I also had breakfast at Le Meridien and enjoyed the choices on the sumptuous buffet. And I took the free shuttle to the airport terminal when it was time to leave. All in all, a five star stay and I wish I’d been able to spend longer at this beautiful hotel. A perfect way to end to my wonderful Egypt adventure.

Lets start with the Check In - super polite and professional Monica provided early Check In and Late Check Out, explained everything and provided a real Welcome Feeling. Also Mamoud from Breakfast Team is very polite and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed it
